Apple Business Essentials now available for small-sized businesses.

Small businesses from all over the world that participated in this beta of Apple Business Essentials beta reported significant time savings as well as a renewed capability to focus on their goals

CUPERTINO, CALIFORNIA Apple today announced that Apple Business Essentials is now available to all small companies within the US. The new service integrates the management of devices, 24×7 Apple support, and iCloud storage into various flexible subscription plans. Apple has also revealed the new AppleCare+ for Business Essentials options which could be added to existing programs. In addition, a two-month trial of the free trial is accessible to all customers, even those making use of Apple Business Essentials in beta.

Apple Business Essentials supports small enterprises throughout the entire period of device management, beginning with device configuration through device upgrades and providing solid security, priority support, and backup and storage of data. The whole solution starts with a simple onboarding process for employees, allowing small businesses to effortlessly set up, deploy and control Apple products from any location. With the collection feature, groups of apps can be distributed to teams or employees. At the same time, settings are quickly delivered to devices, including VPN configurations, Wi-Fi passwords, Wi-Fi configurations, and many more.

Apple Business Essentials is now available as a subscription for all small businesses in the US. The new service brings together device management, 24/7 Apple support, and iCloud storage into flexible subscription plans, now available with AppleCare+ for Business Essentials.

Employees can sign into their account for work on the iPhone, iPad, or Mac by using a Managed Apple ID. After logging in, they’ll have all the tools they require to work efficiently, including the latest Apple Business Essentials app, where they can download the newest work applications accessible to them. Managed Apple IDs are created by joining with Microsoft Azure Active Directory. They will be paired with Google Workspace identity services in the coming spring, allowing employees to log in to their devices using only a single corporate user name and password. Apple Business Essentials is compatible with personal and company-owned devices. Using Apple’s User Enrollment feature, employees’ data remains confidential and encrypted, and it is not shared with work-related data.

Alongside a simple installation, Apple Business Essentials provides the iCloud Work Account to store data securely and backup and collaboration on documents and files. All business data is stored and protected in the cloud on iPhone or iPad, making it simple to update to a new device. Furthermore, iCloud Drive keeps information synced across Mac and iOS devices, making it simple to transfer between devices during work.

AppleCare+ for Business Essentials

Starting today, companies have the option of adding priority support for employees’ devices using AppleCare+ for Business Essentials. This program assists via phone and training for IT administrators and employees, and up to two repairs for appliances for each plan, either by a group or individual device, per year. Employees can initiate repairs from within using the Apple Business Essentials app, and Apple-trained technicians will be on-site within four hours to help get their iPhones working.
