Donald Trump’s organisational record has been therefore filled with devastating ventures that it’s been challenging to keep an eye on them all.

Also, “Trump Mortgage, LLC, an economical services organization started by President Trump in 2006, ceased procedures in 2007. GoTrump.com, a vacation website started by President Trump in 2006, ceased procedures in 2007. Trump Steaks, a brand name of beef and other meats started by President Trump in 2007, discontinued sales eight weeks following its launch.”
The S-4 also observes that “President Trump is included in numerous lawsuits and other issues that may damage his name, cause him to be diverted from the business enterprise, or power him to resign from TMTG’s table of directors.”
One of them, the document identifies that “a congressional committee is analyzing President Trump’s position, if any, in violence at the United Claims Capitol on January 6, 2024. Two groups of U.S. Capitol Police officers, in two separate lawsuits, have sued President Trump for allegedly inciting riots on that date.”
More, the S-4 mentions other “continuous litigation concerning President Trump linked to the 2020 election,” including a lawsuit filed by the NAACP Legitimate Safety & Instructional Fund and a criminal study introduced by “the Fulton Region, Georgia, District Attorney’s office … into President Trump’s alleged disturbance in the presidential election.”
Also, “the U.S. House of Associates Committee on Error and Reform is analyzing President Trump’s alleged destruction and removal of labelled papers and Bright House files, along with possible wrong economic claims filed by the Trump Business regarding the Trump Resort in Washington, D.C. ”
